The role

 

As an R&D Intern, you will gain hands-on experience within an international research and development environment and support the development of innovative hearing care solutions.

Working alongside experienced engineers and interdisciplinary teams, you will contribute to real development projects and gain insights into product development, testing, data analysis, prototyping and technical problem-solving.

This internship offers the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in practice while developing technical and professional skills in a highly innovative MedTech environment.

• Support ongoing R&D projects and product development activities

• Contribute to testing, analysis and documentation of technical solutions

• Assist in prototype development, evaluation and verification activities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across engineering and development functions

• Support data analysis, reporting and technical investigations

• Participate in team meetings, agile rituals and project discussions

• Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives

 

More about you

 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Strong interest in research and development within a technical environment

• Analytical and structured way of working

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Initial experience with technical tools, programming or laboratory work is a plus

• Good English skills, both written and spoken
