Project Manager (f/m/d)

As a   Project Manager in the Global Services department you ensure customer satisfaction by managing various projects that support both consumers and commercial customers. This globale role involves collaboration with multiple internal departments and external providers.

 

Your tasks:

Project Management:

  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans and coordinate resources
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Manage project risks and maintain documentation

Project Management Office (PMO) for Customer Service:

  • Establish and maintain a PMO framework
  • Develop and implement standardized project management processes, tools and templates
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on best practices, methodologies and tools
  • Monitor and report on project status

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings and updates

Process Improvement:

  • Conduct end-to-end process analysis using VSM
  • Identify and implement process improvements

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
  • Proven project management skills  with  5+ years of experience  in the field
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Proven experience in leading and facilitating value stream mapping workshops
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in leading international, interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry
  • Experience managing business applications or processes
  • Proficient in IT systems, PM tools (e.g., Jira), ERP systems, MS365 Office
  • Proficient in English
