Customer Service and Sales Support ( Front Desk İstanbul)
Overview
This position is responsible for organization of customer service support and sales needs / upgrade and accessory sales arrangements.
What You'll Do
- Greeting recipients and answering calls
- Scheduling recipients visits to Office and Clinical Specialist appointments.
- Upgrade sales arrangement / Transform candidates to sales by daily calls.
- Accessories sales and delivery to addresses
- Hospital Paper work preparation for Upgrade sales candidates
- Customer Service calls and answers
- Accessories stock count and support
Travel: minimal
Education
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Work Experience:
Past Customer service experience is nice to have.
Personal Competencies
Good Human Relations, Patience, Good Listening Skills.
Professional Competencies
Hearing Aid or CS experience is nice to have.
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Tools is a must.
Languages
Turkish is required, English is nice to have.
