Marketing Specialist
As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs, primarily focusing on the medical device sector.
Your tasks:
- Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans
- Diagnose and analyze brand, market, and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers, and refining segmentation according to customer needs
- Develop brand marketing plans by integrating the global roadmap with local needs
- Plan, allocate, and manage the marketing budget for all marketing activities
- Manage marketing processes with dealers, including dealer announcements, complaints, and requests
- Coordinate all marketing advertising and promotional materials
- Manage all marketing tools, including email marketing, data entry, website updates, and e-newsletters
- Prepare online marketing campaigns and manage launch events for new products
Your profile:
- University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related medical field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, or brand management (experience in the medical device sector is a plus)
- Willing to pursue a marketing career, preferably in the medical device sector
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced computer skills and strong familiarity with the web (MS Office, related Web Portals)
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work
- Strong analytical thinking and follow-up ability
- Excellent communication, coordination, convincing, and representation skills
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Military service completed for male candidates
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
