Hardware Integration Verification and Testing Lead

The Hardware Integration Verification and Testing Lead is responsible for defining hardware verification tests, creating verification plans, assigning testing activities, and leading verification efforts to completion. This role ensures product specifications are fully validated and supports high-quality hearing instrument development.
Responsibilities:

Define and execute hardware verification test plans

Lead verification activities across assigned projects

Coordinate team responsibilities and report project status

Verify hearing instruments including EA, EMC, magnetic, wireless, and audio quality aspects

Provide feedback to Requirement Engineering on testability
More about you:
-
Engineering degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Computer Engineering, or Physics

Experience in engineering or product development environments
-
Understanding of acoustics and analog/digital electronics
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
PCB design and Matlab or C# experience preferred
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
