The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing planning and logistics support related to new product launches. This role supports forecasting, material planning, and logistics coordination to ensure timely and accurate execution of launch activities across global distribution centers while maintaining data integrity within SAP/APO systems.
Responsibilities:
• Support planning and logistics activities related to new product launches, including tracking materials and logistics progress pre- and post-launch
• Create, maintain, and distribute global sales forecast templates to support local and regional product launches
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate GC/DC forecast inputs and provide summarized insights to key stakeholders
• Maintain and update new product and forecast data within SAP/APO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor GC/DC forecast entries and validate correct input within company planning systems
• Provide front-line SAP/APO support to GC/DC teams when data entry or system issues arise
• Maintain backorder reports, identify critical component shortages, and support investigation and resolution efforts
• Run system queries and update KPI and performance reports used in weekly planning and logistics meetings
More about you:
• Post-secondary education with a degree or diploma in a related field
• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP/APO or ERP/MRP planning systems is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to support evolving business needs
