Measurement Configuration System Developer

Overview: As a Measurement Configuration System Developer, you will interface between Research & Development and Operations and represent the technical engineering competence within Sonova Operations. You will be involved in wide range of software projects related to measurement & configurations system for our manufacturing sites.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain software for measurement & configurations systems
  • Manage software and system projects
  • Database development and maintenance (without IT infrastructure)
  • Ensure on-time delivery of software for measurement & configuration systems, taking into account high process stability, cost effectiveness, mass production, ease of use, as well as low maintenance effort
  • 3rd level support of measurement & configuration systems and related software applications in the Sonova Operations Centers
  • Create and maintain the required technical documentation and procedures according to external and internal regulations

 

What you bring to the team:

  • University degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as Software Developer in LabVIEW
  • Basic understanding in electrical engineering and measurement technologies
  • Experience in other programming languages and web development is a plus
  • Dedicated, open minded and communicative personality with quality orientation and structured approach as well as a high degree of independence
  • Knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset
