Overview: We are seeking a Product Manager – Charging System Solutions who will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products are reliable, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated into our ecosystem. In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market introduction, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products that meet the needs of our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Leading the definition of next-generation products and driving feasibility studies and technology projects.
- Collaborating closely with peers to create a compelling value proposition and effectively deliver it through product offerings.
- Conducting competitive analysis and benchmark studies to ensure our products are best-in-class.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance for products, packaging, and accompanying documents to ensure a smooth market introduction.
- Working cross-functionally with teams in R&D, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Finance, Procurement, Design & UX, and more, following the Sonova process landscape.
- Coordinating with third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Managing the product development phases, including feasibility studies, technology projects, and portfolio extensions.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure product quality and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Overseeing the entire product life cycle, ensuring our solutions remain relevant, user-friendly, and efficient.
- Gathering market and customer feedback to optimize our product offerings and focus on success factors.
- Acting as the central point of contact for product functionalities, portfolio, and unique selling points.Perform other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the team:
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar technical field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in product management, with a strong technical background.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a results-oriented focus.
- Creativity and adaptability in an ever-evolving environment.
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
