Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will be acting as the finance team representative working with marketing department.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the annual budget, monthly forecasts monitoring and reporting on project costs for the allocated area.
- Collaborate with marketing team in monitoring budgeted expenses and invoices, working closely with vendors.
- Assist with the performance of company-wide annual budget and monthly forecasts.
- Assist with month end tasks, as required, to complete month end reporting to head office.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
What you bring to the team:
- College diploma in accounting or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Commerce
- CPA or working towards CPA
- Over 5 years of experience working in a similar role
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel a strong asset
- Strong ethics, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
