Service Design & Deployment Manager

Overview: The primary purpose of the Service Design and Deployment Manager is to design customer centric, sustainable and cost effective ITE service concepts in global, cross-functional collaboration and to deploy them effectively across service operations worldwide.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for developing ITE service concepts as part of new product design and development to improve service cost, product reliability, customer centricity and sustainability.
  • Trigger projects considering and optimizing total cost of service, i.e. product refurbishment, changes in SAP, in site equipment and tools, etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, align and validate service concepts with overall product strategies and goals.
  • Incorporate product reliability objectives into service concepts.
  • Analyze service costs and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction and optimization while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Take a holistic approach to service design by considering the entire product lifecycle, from initial product development to end-of-life.

 

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience in cross-functional project work and collaboration
  • Experience working in a regulated, medical devices industry an asset
  • Knowledge and application of project management tools, processes, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of finance and costing, reliability methods and analytics
  • Able to communicate complex topics to customers and stakeholders both verbally and in writing
