Overview: The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a lead role by partnering closely with leaders to attract and engage top talent for various areas of the business.  As an out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in projects and develop strategies to make hiring more efficient and streamlined.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience and going above and beyond to achieve it.

 

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine requirements for open positions, design job posting and identify qualities of ideal candidates
  • Full execution of recruitment cycle including internal approvals, job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, resume review, interviewing and interview coordination, immigration paperwork if applicable, communication with candidates and managers and employee onboarding for both external candidates and any intercompany transfers and/or relocations
  • Develop campus and career fair recruiting strategies, including our co-op program
  • Explore and develop new recruitment channels
  • Develop and deliver training programs for managers around recruiting processes, interviewing, and headcount management
  • Supports HR team with communications, employee training and necessary training plans, and other projects as required

 

 

What you Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience with full cycle recruitment including D&I best practices, direct sourcing, and strategic talent acquisition
  • Self starter and self directed; you’re happy to jump in and try and figure things out and can manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, especially communication
  • Collaborative and flexible team player who can easily adapt to change
  • Minimum 3 year college diploma; CHRP designation an asset
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors a plus
