Position Overview

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you are the face of Connect Hearing – the person who helps fulfill our mission of making people's lives a little easier. Along with providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service to our patients, Customer Relationship Specialists (CSR) are also responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction and clinic growth. You are one of the most important parts of Connect Hearing and assist the clinic in generating patient traffic and offering excellent service to those who are in your care and in your community.

Basic Qualifications

· Previous experience with Microsoft Office suite

· Current or previous experience in a sales position with clear goals and/or commission

· Customer service mindset

· Community drive to grow business

· Communicate clearly and effectively to those with hearing loss

· Courteous, patient, and professional demeanor

· Excellent communicator

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with medical device sales

· Experience with CRM Software

· Record of successful sales and growth
