More about the role
- Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to drive sales opportunities with key customer account(s)
- Assisting key account(s) utilizing organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
- Maintaining and update the key account strategic plan monthly, including progress toward planned quarterly and annual initiatives
- Managing all aspects of assigned key account(s) within their portfolio, including but not limited to opportunity identification, qualification, pre-sales planning, presentation, closing, post-sales support and follow up, service and other issues in order to maintain good standing with account(s)
- Ensuring a high level of post-sales satisfaction and facilitate long term relationships by meeting customer expectations
- Developing and execute strategic plans to achieve sales revenue to meet assigned targets
- Using analytical techniques and strategic planning to approach problems, overcome obstacles and develop optimal customer experience
- Supporting implementation of customer specific advertising and trade marketing efforts and participate in industry trade fairs in accordance with trade marketing strategy
More about you
- You have experience managing retail accounts, in either CE or CPG industries
- You have a university degree in business or a related field
- You are very customer centric and success/ output driven
- You have excellent selling and negotiation skills
- You combine good problem-solving skills with excellent presentation skills and can think and act strategically for the business
- You maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
- Availability and willingness to travel internationally (10-20% of time)
- The role is hybrid-based role, with 1-2 days in the office
