Frontline Team Leader VIC East
We are currently seeking an experienced Frontline Team Leader to support the Connect Hearing clinics in our Victoria East region.
Reporting to the VIC East State Manager Sales & Operations and part of the Sales & Operations Leadership team, in this role you will work closely with the State Manager to lead a team of Client Care Representatives across 9 clinics. You will be focussing on the achievement of sales targets, retention, growth, outstanding client service, and leading the day-to-day clinic operations.
This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Client Care Representatives across 9 VIC East clinics in Greater Melbourne and Wodonga.
- Creating an environment where teams provide ongoing superior customer care.
- Working closely with the State Manager to meet or exceed the region’s budgets.
- Ensuring clinic diary capacity is optimised via efficient rostering & appointment management.
- Attracting, leading, motivating, developing and retaining great talent within the region.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Proven track-record in a similar role
- Previous experience in a multi-site environment
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a geographically dispersed team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all seniority levels
- Ability to travel on a regular basis, including overnight travel to regional locations
- Experience in retail and/or medical device and regulation industry highly regarded
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, economics/BA or other related field highly regarded
