About the Role
Join Sonova and help bring marketing strategies to life. As our Trade Marketing Coordinator & Sales Support, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of trade marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, sales growth, and successful product launches.
This role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure our campaigns, tools, and programs effectively support business objectives and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of trade marketing and commercial marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, customer activation programs, and channel-specific activities.
- Assist with product launches, events, congresses, roadshows, and workshops.
- Develop sales support tools, marketing assets, promotional materials, and customer-facing communications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities.
- Support budget tracking, ROI measurement, and marketing KPI reporting.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across customer touchpoints.
More About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales Support, or similar roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Pay Range: 400,000 - 500,000 MXN Pesos
