Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team as Area Sales Manager in the wesWe are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team as Area Sales Manager in the western region of Denmark. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and bringing life-changing hearing solutions to those who need them most. 

 

Your tasks

 

  • Achieve sales targets and execute customer strategies aligned with company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Provide technical support, training, and product presentations to customers
  • Plan and execute commercial campaigns and customer visits based on priorities
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations while staying informed on market trends
  • Collaborate with sales team, marketing, customer service, management and others to optimize operations and customer experience
  • Report to sales management, prepare forecasts, and participate in events and fairs
  • Uphold company values, policies, and continuous self-development to contribute to a positive work environment

 

Your profile

 

  • High school diploma or relevant sales education; audiology and/or business management degree is a plus
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, hearing, or med tech industries
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Empathetic, relationship-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while driving results with persistence and positivity
  • Business acumen and understanding of ROI and value optimization
  • Proficient in Danish and English, with strong presentation and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Office365; experience with Sales Force or channel management is advantageous
