Overview: We are seeking an Audiology Support Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support for Phonak, Unitron, AudioNova, and Sennheiser products. In this role, you’ll provide both technical and audiological support to our customers, assisting them with troubleshooting, fittings, and purchasing options. You will also actively participate in audiology-related projects and engage with customers and team members alike.
What you’ll do:
- Provide professional audiology and technical support via phone and email, including troubleshooting product issues, software, and NOAH system concerns.
- Guide customers through hearing aid fittings, software, and purchasing options.
- Collaborate with the sales and other teams by offering audiology and technical expertise as needed.
- Troubleshoot repair and remake issues, working with operations and customer service to gather information and resolve concerns.
- Document and report issues raised by customers in Salesforce, ensuring clear and accurate case management for both new and existing products.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, open houses, and other events as needed, including presenting audiological content in both live and virtual settings.
- Support customers in clinics with challenging fittings and provide ongoing technical support.
- Occasionally support Sonova at events in the field as required.
What you bring to the team:
- Certified Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist with a strong background in audiology.
- Bilingual (French & English) – fluency in both written and spoken communication is essential to support our diverse customer base.
- Willingness to present audiological content at events, webinars, and other opportunities.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience working with hearing aids and related technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of hearing aids and related audiology technologies.
- Curious, eager to learn, and committed to staying current with the latest advancements in the field of audiology.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on resolving customer complaints diplomatically, both in writing and on the phone.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
