Overview: As a Director, Sales Unitron Canada you will be responsible for the sales strategy for the Unitron Canada organization. You will leverage your expertise in sales, marketing and leadership to ensure that the Unitron brand has the resources necessary to achieve business objectives.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, develop and support the Unitron sales team in achieving the organizations goals and objectives.
  • Design and develop sales and marketing strategies for the Unitron Brand in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Create and support a culture of collaboration with other departments and brands within the Canadian organization
  • Develop a strategic plan to grow the Unitron business and brand in the Canadian market in accordance with its goals and objectives from a sales, marketing and profitability perspective.
  • Monitor departmental performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made and corrective actions are taken, if necessary.
  • Represent the organization in establishing and continuously growing relationships with customers, industry partners and key vendors.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director of Sonova Canada in order to ensure alignment of strategy, goals and objectives of all brands in the Canadian market.
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of the annual business plan.

 

 

What you bring to the team:

  • 15+ years of progressive sales, marketing and managerial experience
  • Experience in driving sales success in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in leading highly effective and engaged teams.
  • Sales, marketing and leadership experience should be in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in healthcare via comparable markets that sell industrial med-tech products to retail (optical products, battery industry, medical care devices, etc.)
  • Proactive and a hands-on hard worker, performance-oriented and determined, with exceptional analytical and conceptual skills to drive fact-based decision making.
  • Sound business judgment derived from practical experience and objective thinking. Able to anticipate and manage multiple priorities and move them all forward to solutions.
  • Demonstrates a consistent track record for delivering results, often in the face of challenges or obstacles.
  • Flexibility in changing and growth-oriented environments.
