Order Entry Technician
The Order Entry Technician is responsible for processing customer orders within internal systems and routing them to the appropriate departments. This role also supports credit processing, order updates, and customer instrument setting management while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
Responsibilities
• Enter new, remake, and service orders into the system
• Release EDX orders accurately and efficiently
• Process Salesforce cases and customer requests
• Support credit return processing activities
• Read and save incoming customer instrument settings
• Maintain accurate order updates and documentation
• Perform quality control functions in accordance with ISO Quality Policy standards
• Communicate with internal departments regarding order clarification and updates
• Follow all safety, ESD, workplace cleanliness, and company policy requirements
• Support additional functions as assigned by leadership
More about you:
• Previous general office experience required
• Previous data entry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Postsecondary education is considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow work instructions precisely
• Professional proficiency in English required
• French language skills are considered an asset
• Basic computer skills required
• SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM preferred
• Ability to identify inconsistencies within orders
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $31,200 - $36,608 annually
