The Pro&Go Technician is responsible for performing electro-acoustical testing and final verification of hearing instruments before shipment. This role ensures products meet quality standards through testing, inspection, and final order confirmation.
Responsibilities:

Perform electro-acoustical testing using ProGo test and configuration software

Conduct final visual and listening inspections of hearing instruments

Perform Wireless Quality Tests (WQT)

Collect and document information related to non-conforming products
-
Complete final order confirmation and invoicing
-
Maintain and calibrate testing stations
-
Perform quality control according to ISO quality standards
More about you:

Elementary education required; secondary education preferred
-
Entry-level role; no previous experience required
-
Previous hearing aid ANSI testing experience is a plus
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Ability to follow work instructions precisely

Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge is an asset
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
