Pro&Go Technician
This position is responsible for performing electro-acoustical test using ProGo test software and final order verification.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electro-acoustical test using ProGo test and configuration software
- Final visual and listening inspection
- Collecting information about non-conforming products
- Perform Wireless Quality Test (WQT)
- Last Step Order Confirmation (Invoicing)
- Maintenance and calibration of the test station
- Total QC function according to ISO Quality Policy Manual
- Any other function required by management in accordance with Training Grid
More about you:
- Elementary education or equivalent required, with secondary education or equivalent considered an asset; no additional formal education requirements.
- Entry-level opportunity requiring no prior experience, with previous hearing aid ANSI testing experience considered beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities to support accuracy and productivity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to accurately follow work instructions, review customer order forms, and identify inconsistencies or discrepancies when necessary.
- Effective English communication skills, with professional working proficiency in English considered an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and good hand-eye coordination for connecting instruments with programming interfaces, with knowledge of SAP considered a plus.
Additional Requirements:Full compliance with safety and ESD standards, cleanness in the workplace and other policies as described in the Employee Handbook and ISO Manual is mandatory. This position requires communication with various departments within organization (order clarification, none-conformance rejects etc.)
This position may require occasional Custom Tip and earmolds assembly with hearing instruments

This role's pay range is between: $40,000/yr - $60,000/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
