Warehouse Logistics & Service Team Leader
As a Warehouse Logistics & Service Team Leader at Sonova, you will lead and support warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring that shipping, receiving, and refurbishment activities run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in managing daily workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is crucial in delivering life-changing hearing products to our customers with excellence and speed.
Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations of the warehouse and refurbishment area

Coordinate team workload and production scheduling

Act as primary contact for issue resolution and equipment concerns

Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving and refurbishment tasks

Conduct inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies

Coach, support, and train warehouse staff

Support onboarding of new team members and temps
-
Monitor and enforce cleanroom, health, and safety standards

Ensure team members follow SOPs and comply with regulations

Perform warehouse and refurbishment duties as needed

Complete reports and escalate operational concerns to management

Identify process improvements and participate in root cause analysis
More about you:

2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead role

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Able to work independently and take initiative
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
-
Clear verbal and written communication in English
-
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
