Warehouse Logistics & Service Team Leader

As a Warehouse Logistics & Service Team Leader at Sonova, you will lead and support warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring that shipping, receiving, and refurbishment activities run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in managing daily workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role is crucial in delivering life-changing hearing products to our customers with excellence and speed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the warehouse and refurbishment area

  • Coordinate team workload and production scheduling

  • Act as primary contact for issue resolution and equipment concerns

  • Ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving and refurbishment tasks

  • Conduct inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies

  • Coach, support, and train warehouse staff

  • Support onboarding of new team members and temps

  • Monitor and enforce cleanroom, health, and safety standards

  • Ensure team members follow SOPs and comply with regulations

  • Perform warehouse and refurbishment duties as needed

  • Complete reports and escalate operational concerns to management

  • Identify process improvements and participate in root cause analysis

More about you:

  • 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory or lead role

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Able to work independently and take initiative

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred

  • Clear verbal and written communication in English

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods

 

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
