Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers within your territory.

Make regular sales calls to current and potential customers.
-
Drive sales across all products within your assigned region.
-
Collaborate with trainers to ensure seamless onboarding and product training for accounts.

Identify and pursue new account leads to expand the customer base.
-
Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
-
Solve customer challenges with a personalized, concierge-like approach.

Ensure high-quality customer service by following up and addressing client needs.

Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
-
Utilize CRM system to document customer interactions and ensure accurate records.

Other duties as assigned.
Success will be measured by KPIs such as:

Achieving sales targets for fully owned accounts.

Meeting activity levels and funnel progress.

Reaching financial targets and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience: 2+ years of inside sales and account management experience.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and CRM proficiency.

Personality: Self-driven, proactive, with a passion for customer service.
-
Nice to Have: Previous experience in the hearing healthcare or medical device industry, and knowledge of hearing instrument (HI) technology.
