Senior Product Service and Process Manager (m/f/d)
Are you ready to help take Sonova to the next level of Service and Repair process excellence? Our Corporate Product Service team owns and maintains Sonova’s global Service and Repair processes of hearing aids, chargers and accessories.
We search for a Senior Product Service and Process Manager (m/f/d) to join our team who is passionate about designing customer centric, sustainable and cost effective product service concepts in a global, cross-functional collaboration and to deploy them effectively across service operations worldwide.
More about the role
- Lead and coordinate the introduction of new products and processes to Service and Repair/Refurbishment incorporating key interfaces and stakeholders such as R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Management, Procurement and global Service operations
- Own project milestone deliverables such as Service and Repair business case, Service concept, Service FMEA, Service qualification, Service operating instructions and operational Service launch readiness
- Drive and manage post launch changes by implementing Service and Repair related impact of product reliability improvements (hardware, firmware upgrades etc), process excellence improvements (reducing re-repair rates, cost, turnaround times etc) and other
- Continuously striving on enhancing Service quality and cost, collaborate on daily business and lifecycle aspects with Service Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Reliability, Finance and global Service operations
More about you
- A Master’s degree in engineering: electrical, mechanical, chemical or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or process engineering within the electronics or medical device industries
- Strong project management skills, a certificate is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Quality-oriented, customer-focused and able to navigate a complex process landscape
- An analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
