This is an opportunity to join a busy, customer-focused Boots Hearingcare clinic, where you’ll play a key role in shaping each customer’s experience- supported by the scale, stability, and long-term investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

The clinic environment

You’ll work within a modern Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support a smooth, professional customer journey, including:

  • A welcoming reception and consultation space
  • Structured appointment systems and diaries
  • Strong clinical, operational, and admin support
  • Close collaboration with Audiologists and store teams

 

Everything is built around delivering a calm, organised, and reassuring experience for every customer.

 

The Role:

As a Hearingcare Host, you’ll:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, check-ins, and reschedules
  • Make daily confirmation calls to help reduce no-shows
  • Respond to general enquiries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare
  • Engage with in-store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings
  • Support clinic administration, including payments, stock control, and filing
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment

 

This is a store-based role, working 5 days per week, including some weekends.

What we’re looking for:

  • A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Confidence communicating with the public in a busy environment
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfort using IT systems and managing schedules
  • A proactive team player mindset

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or healthcare is beneficial- but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and commitment to great service. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
