Your Impact

As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you’ll connect with new and existing clients, start meaningful conversations, and book appointments across our 180+ clinics nationwide – helping more people access life-changing hearing solutions.

This is a target-driven role where your sales skills and ability to convert leads will directly contribute to business growth and your own success.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to engage existing and prospective clients
  • Convert leads into appointments by applying persuasive communication and benefit-based selling techniques
  • Promote our services and product range with confidence and empathy
  • Accurately manage client information using our patient management system (PMS)
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Build instant rapport and deliver a positive, memorable client experience

About You

We’re looking for a driven, results-focused professional who takes ownership and thrives in a performance-based environment. This role operates in a hybrid inbound and outbound contact centre environments, where you’ll support customers who contact us while also proactively reaching out to help people access hearing care. You will bring:

  • Contact centre, sales or telemarketing experience (inbound and outbound)
  • sales mindset with a genuine desire to help people
  • clear, confident and persuasive phone manner
  • Proven success achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Resilience, energy, and self-motivation
  • Creativity and takes accountability
