Your Impact
As a Customer Engagement Consultant, you’re not just making calls—you’re creating opportunities. You’ll be the voice of Connect Hearing, reaching out to new and existing clients to spark meaningful conversations, influence decisions, and book appointments that help people experience life-changing hearing solutions at one of our 180+ clinics nationwide.
This is a target-driven, performance-focused role where your sales skills and ability to convert leads will directly drive both company growth and your personal success.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to engage existing and prospective clients
- Convert leads into appointments by applying persuasive communication and benefit-based selling techniques
- Promote our services and product range with confidence and empathy
- Accurately manage client information using our patient management system (PMS)
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Build instant rapport and deliver a positive, memorable client experience
About You
We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who take ownership of their performance and thrive in results-oriented environments. You will bring:
- A sales-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help people
- A clear, confident phone manner and persuasive communication style
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed KPIs in contact centre environment
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
