We’re now looking for a Category and Marketing Analyst to join our Brand & Marketing team and help us turn data into decisions that shape our products, promotions, and customer experience.

 

About the Role:

As Category and Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving insight-led growth. You’ll monitor and report market performance, build dashboards and forecasting tools, and analyse customer and product trends. Working across marketing, CRM, and category management, you’ll provide actionable insights that influence product launches, pricing, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.

 

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys diving into data, spotting opportunities, and shaping how we connect with our customers.

 

As a Marketing and Category Analyst, you will:

  • Track and report on market share, competitor activity, and customer trends.
  • Develop dashboards, forecasts, and reporting tools for internal teams.
  • Analyse campaign and promotional effectiveness, including ROAS.
  • Provide insights to support new product launches and range optimisation.
  • Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to drive data-led campaigns.
  • Analyse sales, margin and product mix across customer groups.

Person Specification:

  • 5+ years’ experience in analytics, insights, or category roles.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
  • Experience in retail, healthcare, consumer goods or a customer-facing sector.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; confident with large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools experience (Power BI preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholder management experience.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
