About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead performance across our Ontario Central region. This is a hybrid role, working remotely with regular travel to clinics across the region.

 

As a key member of our Sales Leadership Team, you’ll drive revenue growth, coach and develop clinic leaders, and ensure a high standard of patient experience across a network of clinics.

 

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and is ideally based in the Halton region.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing network of clinic teams
  • Drive sales performance across revenue, conversion, and demand generation
  • Translate national strategies into strong regional execution
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, and Operations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development across your region
  • Strengthen community partnerships and referral networks
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all clinics
  • Travel regularly to clinics to support, coach, and engage teams

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience (multi-site preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving results
  • Experience in retail, healthcare, or a service-based industry is an asset
  • Exceptional coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role with regular travel
  • Valid driver’s license

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive base salary: $85,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity)
  • Quarterly bonus opportunity: up to 30% of base salary
