The Inside Sales Specialist serves as a key commercial partner to the Outside Sales team by supporting a portfolio of assigned accounts and helping drive customer engagement and growth. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with hearing-care providers, coordinating customer needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across sales, operations, and internal teams.
The specialist helps reduce friction in ordering and pricing workflows while supporting account activities such as customer reviews, outreach initiatives, and follow-up actions. This role requires strong business judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts and key contacts

Support outreach initiatives and upsell activities aligned with field sales priorities

Coordinate customer requests end-to-end, including intake, escalation, updates, and resolution

Schedule and coordinate customer touchpoints, meetings, and follow-up activities

Prepare pricing requests and route approvals according to internal processes

Support order workflow coordination and follow up on order status when needed

Build account review materials and summarize customer trends, opportunities, and insights

Create clear PowerPoint presentations for customer reviews, internal updates, and QBRs

Manage complaint intake and ensure accurate documentation and routing of customer issues

Identify patterns or recurring issues within assigned accounts and help drive solutions
More about you:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience in inside sales, customer support, or account coordination roles

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Excellent organization and follow-through when managing multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel
-
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $64K to $78K . This role is also commission eligible.
