Regional One Source Hearing Director

Regional OneSource Hearing Director  

 

We are seeking a dynamic Regional OneSource Hearing Director to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships within the industry. This role will leverage consultative sales strategies to develop customized, innovative plans that support both Sonova and OneSource Hearing (OSH) members. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand market reach. 

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pricing negotiations, to maximize revenue and increase market share. 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with members, suppliers, partners, and vendors to enhance brand awareness and business development. 

  • Lead regional revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales leadership. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and business expansion. 

  • Shape long-term company objectives and create actionable plans to achieve business goals. 

  • Collaborate with members to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop targeted strategies for success. 

  • Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline for target accounts. 

 

 More about you:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 

  • Background in franchise operations and practice management within the hearing, dental, or vision industries. 

  • Experience in business consulting and strategic business development. 

  • Proven ability to establish and nurture both internal and external partnerships for customer acquisition and sustainable growth. 

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset. 

  • Demonstrated ability to help businesses scale and thrive. 

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong commitment to follow-through. 

 

 

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $109K to $125K . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
