Position Summary

The Senior Director, Technology Enablement & Business Integration is responsible for leading enterprise business systems strategy, technology enablement, business integration initiatives, and project portfolio execution across North America. This role serves as the primary liaison between Operations, IT, Clinical Operations, Retail Operations, Analytics, Managed Care, and external technology partners to ensure business priorities are effectively translated into scalable technology solutions and operational capabilities. The position provides executive leadership for enterprise PMO governance, Retail Business System (RBS) roadmap execution, Noah ecosystem optimization, acquisition integrations, business process standardization, and enterprise systems integration efforts.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead enterprise technology enablement initiatives supporting operational excellence, retail growth, customer experience, and organizational scalability.
  • Own governance and execution of the Retail Business System (RBS) roadmap and associated business process improvements.
  • Establish enterprise project portfolio management standards, governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from business case development through implementation, adoption, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Serve as business owner and strategic partner for Noah-related initiatives, clinical technologies, and practice management platform enhancements.
  • Partner with IT leadership to prioritize technology investments and align roadmaps with business objectives.
  • Lead acquisition integration planning and execution activities, including process harmonization, systems transitions, workflow alignment, and change management.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise integration roadmaps supporting Noah, CRM, contact center, managed care, analytics, and practice management systems.
  • Define business requirements and oversee execution of enterprise system integration initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, project scorecards, executive dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, governance forums, and project reviews.
  • Lead vendor evaluation, solution selection, implementation governance, and vendor performance management.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and workflow technologies to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor project managers, business analysts, and business integration resources.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Work Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, enterprise systems, PMO, business integration, or operational excellence.
  • 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise projects, portfolios, or transformation programs.
  • Experience with systems integrations, technology roadmaps, vendor management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Healthcare, hearing care, retail healthcare, or multi-site service organization experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting Noah, practice management systems, CRM platforms, and acquisition integrations preferred.
