Are you passionate about transforming data into strategy, optimizing systems, and enabling global sales teams to perform at their best? We’re looking for a Sales Systems & Analytics Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic alignment of Salesforce and our business intelligence ecosystem.
In this high‑impact role, you’ll ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of sales and customer data while delivering unified reporting frameworks and actionable insights that empower leadership to make informed, data‑driven decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with IT, Marketing, Regulatory, and Commercial leadership to support global growth, enhance forecasting accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide visibility into sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making
- Oversee data collection, cleaning, validation, and governance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and FDA data integrity standards.
- Partner with IT and cross‑functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce and BI tools that support global sales operations.
- Lead CRM and data‑enablement efforts, including user training, adoption initiatives, and best‑practice development.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to gather business and regulatory requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure reporting systems and processes meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements.
More about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Process Design, or Compliance Strategy within a regulated industry; background in medical device, technology, or other high‑growth sectors is beneficial.
- Strong ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams and lead through influence without formal authority.
- Proven expertise in building dashboards, analyzing trends, and translating data into insights that drive sales and business decisions.
- Skilled in data anonymization, data protection, validation workflows, and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks; experience with clinical data, UDI, or post‑market surveillance is a plus.
- Proficient with Salesforce, CRM systems, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel reporting.
- Experience with SaaS/cloud platforms, software validation, and eQMS systems such as Propel.
- Able to work under pressure, manage timelines across departments, and occasionally support meetings outside U.S. business hours.
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $95,000 – $115,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
