About the job

 

Are you a leader with a passion for driving business success and empowering teams?

 

As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial success of clinics across the North region. You will lead, inspire, and support teams to achieve revenue targets, deliver exceptional client experiences, and foster a positive workplace culture.

 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating clinic teams to achieve and exceed business goals.
  • Managing workforce planning and recruitment to optimise clinical resources.
  • Driving business success by analysing clinic performance data, identifying opportunities, and implementing growth strategies.
  • Supporting Regional and Sales & Operations leadership with insights, reporting, and business development initiatives.
  • Championing employee development, succession planning, and professional growth.
  • Ensuring the alignment of clinic teams with Triton Hearing’s strategy through effective communication and engagement.
  • Leading the resolution of complex client concerns while driving continuous improvement.
  • Embedding a strong health and safety culture across the designated area.
  • Spend 2–3 days each week in clinics, providing hands-on support and guidance to your team.

About you

 

You are an experienced and results-driven leader with a strong commercial mindset. You thrive in a dynamic environment, where you can inspire confidence, build trust, and drive operational excellence.

 

You bring:

  • Prior leadership experience managing geographically diverse teams.
  • Strong customer and commercial focus, with a track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • A consultative and strategic approach to business growth and operational improvement.
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset, with sound decision-making abilities.
  • You’ll be based in Auckland, with the flexibility to travel across your area each week, covering clinics in Takapuna, Remuera, Stonefields, New Lynn, Howick, Pukekohe, and Thames.
