About the Job

At the heart of our innovation lies Virtual Care, the pinnacle of client focussed service delivery at Triton Hearing. Our purpose-built Virtual Care facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, is nestled in the heart of Auckland’s North Shore, providing an inspiring backdrop for innovation and growth.

 

  • The identification, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of individuals with impairment of auditory and vestibular function
  • Fit hearing aids, test hearing aids and manage hearing aid fittings
  • Conduct otoscopic examinations
  • Take ear canal impressions
  • Assess and provide audiologic treatment for persons with tinnitus using accepted techniques that include, but are not limited to tinnitus retraining therapy, hearing aids, education, and counseling.
  • Determines the appropriateness of amplification systems for persons with hearing impairment
  • Build positive and professional on-going relationships with patients
  • Demonstrate excellent communication regarding hearing results, hearing aid management, and follow ups

 

About you

  • An MNZAS Clinician (or if overseas you must hold a Masters Degree related to Audiology)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience working with a client management system
  • A focus on continuous quality improvement
  • Being a self-starter, excited about taking the next step in their career
