HR Business Partner (18 months contract, part time job: 50-60%)

In this role, you will be responsible for employee relations and implements, monitors HR policies and programs, mainly for IT. This position partners with employees and managers to communicate, administer, and interpret HR and business policies and procedures. One of the key responsibilities of the HR Generalist role is Employee Relations. Partnered with the direction of Sonova Group, the HRBP oversees all employee related issues to improve work relationships and aligning on HR practices with business goals.  

 

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Acts as HR business partner and build trustful and effective relationships with all teams and employees and translate local business requirements in HR actions
  • Guiding/judging of situations with individual employees about conflicts/development issues/sickness
  • Consults Managers and employees in accordance with legal requirements in the Netherlands, business needs and company regulations and implements HR specific policies, procedures, programs and their dissemination 
  • Deals with manager and employee queries and ensures they are responded to or escalated as appropriate
  • Develop, roll out, drive, and continuously improve HR processes, policies and tools
  • Close collaboration with the local HR Service Team to ensure that data bases and employee records are properly captured, effectively managed and maintained at all times
  • Responsible for sickness procedures (arbo dienst) 
  • Responsible for HR Compliance (e-learnings etc)
  • Assist with employee relations issues and support management in different events such as warnings, dismissals, case management, etc.
  • Recruitment and selection in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team 
  • Identifying talents, drawing up development plans together with the manager and supporting them in their implementation with support from Sonova Group and HR Development and administer and track annual performance review process

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • MA or BA degree in Business Administration, Economy, HR Management etc.
  • Around 5 years HRBP experience
  • English at level B2 and fluent in Dutch is a must
  • Deep knowledge of the Dutch labor law
  • ADP experience is nice to have
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Keen eye for detail, impeccable organizational skills, and ability to manage many conflicting priorities
  • Experience working with an international employee base with diverse cultures
  • Proven ability to build rapport and strong relationships through extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and highly sensitive information
