Senior SAP System Quality Manager

As Sonova's global IT and quality processes converge into a cohesive and collaborative unit, we invite you to take on this crucial role in our technical IT quality management process. Spanning multiple locations worldwide, this position involves architecting and developing our ERP System and guiding our teams toward maintaining a high-quality system.


Your tasks

 

  • Conduct quality reviews and approve development documentation within the ALM tool
  • Align and approve transports in our SAP landscape in accordance with CIT SOPs and policies
  • Perform individual technical analysis of developments (e.g. SAP) and offer suggestions for improvements
  • Provide detailed technical expertise to support solution decisions
  • Define and maintain quality standards and best practices for developments
  • Review existing IT solutions for enhancements and stay abreast of new technologies
  • Support and monitor the business process creation phase while considering quality attributes in solution manager
  • Ensure all developments comply with government regulations and relevant standards such as ISO 13485, CFR 820, GMP, GDP, MDSAP, MDR, and GRC
  • Validate quality processes by establishing quality system attributes, documenting evidence, and writing, updating, reviewing, and approving QMS procedures from a technical perspective
  • Prepare and conduct quality reviews, and approve release documentation in the ALM tool according to CSV WI and RACI
  • Assist in updating QMS Policies, SOPs, and WIs regarding application lifecycle management


Your profile

 

  • At least 10 years of experience with relevant programming languages and techniques (e.g. SAP ABAP, QL, Java, OO, Eclipse, etc.) 
  • At least 10 years of experience with relevant IT technologies and protocols (e.g. Adobe, EDI, ODBC, RFC, XML, etc.)
  • Proficient in SAP standards, encompassing ERP, Hana, and custom development procedures
  • Well-versed in agile project implementation methodologies
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles for implementing SAP business systems
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills 
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, functioning effectively both as a team player and independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex global environments with ease
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills, knowledge in business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization tools as well as hands-on experience in service delivery and management tools
