Test Manager

Purpose of the job:
Define and coordinate test process. Verify that the software meets the requirements. Provide information about the software quality.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Create test plan and -procedures
  • Coordinate and manage test process and the testers
  • Meet with BPE to understand their User Stories
  • Review the User Stories
  • Develop test cases, test data and prioritize testing activities
  • Execute all the testcases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect
  • Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects
  • Inform the stakeholders about the readiness of the software


Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of managing (test) team - preferably in a multi-location company (MedTech, Retail)
  • Proficient in testing methodologies, automation tools (Leapwork), and test management tools (Azure DevOps)
  • Proficient in setting up automation frameworks and applying test automation best practices
  • Knowledge of SDLC models (Scaled Agile, Waterfall) and ability to improve QA processes
  • Analytical skills for issue identification and resolution
  • Proficient in creating reports for all stakeholder groups
  • Skills in identifying and managing testing-related risks
  • Fluent in English; written and spoken
