A Sonova,  líder global em soluções inovadoras de cuidados auditivos, oferece aos seus clientes aparelhos auditivos, implantes cocleares, soluções de comunicação sem fio e serviços de cuidados audiológicos. Grupo fundado em 1947 com sede na Suíça.

 

Objetivos: Supervisionar as operações logísticas (inbound, interna e outbound), assegurando o cumprimento de prazos, a eficiência dos processos e a gestão de indicadores, além de desenvolver o time e impulsionar melhorias contínuas.

Principais Responsabilidades:

•  Monitorar e gerenciar KPIs e SLAs logísticos;

•  Apoiar a liderança com relatórios e análises de performance;

•  Liderar e desenvolver o time, promovendo alta performance;

•  Atuar em projetos de melhoria contínua (Kaizen);

•  Gerir operações de:

  • Logística Interna: abastecimento, armazenagem e faturamento;
  • Inbound: recebimento, entrada de notas fiscais e logística reversa;
  • Outbound: expedição e transporte de entregas;

•  Garantir a acuracidade de inventário e a eficiência dos processos.

 

Requisitos:

✔ Ensino superior completo em logística, administração ou áreas correlatas;

✔Experiência com gestão de equipes (direta e/ou indireta);

✔ Experiência comprovada de pelo menos 2 anos na área de logística;

✔ Conhecimento em controle de inventário e análise de processos;

✔ Excel intermediário (PROCV e Tabela Dinâmica);

✔ Conhecimento em PowerBi é um diferencial;

✔ Inglês intermediário/avançado é um diferencial.
