Senior Manager Compliance Monitoring

All applicants are welcome, as this position can be filled all around Europe (Germany, France, Italy, UK or in Switzerland).

 

As Senior Manager Compliance Monitoring, directly reporting into the Head of Compliance & Data Privacy, you will be a member of the Global Compliance & Data Privacy function and will work closely with the global and local compliance team members to operationalize the monitoring elements of our Sonova’s Compliance Program.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Lead the deployment of transactional monitoring
  • Manage the compliance and data privacy monitoring methodology and yearly monitoring plan
  • Conduct and coordinate monitoring activity for the function
  • Manage dashboards and create relevant reports
  • Analyse monitoring issues based on trends identified and work on corrective actions, including, but not limited to, communications and relevant training(s)
  • Provide input to the Global Compliance Policies Training and help identifying areas for improvements in policies, SOPs and on training levels
  • Share knowledge with Internal Audit with regards to issues identified as a result of monitoring for future audits
  • Support the implementation of Global Compliance Policies and SOPs by providing training

 

Your profile

 

  • University degree in law, finance or business; additional certification(s) in compliance and/or auditing would be highly advantageous 
  • 8 to 10 years of working experience in auditing and/or compliance 
  • Experience in setting-up monitoring programs in a healthcare compliance field would be highly advantageous 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, listen, query, align and convince different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Good understanding of the most common IT tools and architecture 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
