Primary Job Responsibilities

 

 

  • Focusing on the creative aspect: Lead creative asset development and manage project execution/settlement for Korea's marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with Bloggers, Communities, Influencers, and Reviewers to maximize brand exposure and sales growth.Work closely with agencies to strategically plan and execute the production of optimal digital advertising assets that align with brand strategy and maximize campaign performance.
  • Manage KPIs and deliverables for all Marketing activities, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive monthly strategy, including promotions, marketing plans, and collaboration sales (Influencer/B2B), to drive D2C revenue and achieve the annual D2C budget.
  • Managing marketing project execution, creative asset development, and D2C sales strategy by managing influencer relations, performance reporting, and essential operational support.
  • Develops user demand generation programmes - where possible in partnership with trade partners to strengthen and build brand engagement
  • Positioning Sennheiser’s brand, evolving its proposition across target audiences, and delivering customer acquisition and retention in key segments
