Sales Manager
* Position Title: Sales Manager
* Location: Busan/Daegu
Purpose of the Job
Achieve at exceed sales budget for the Phonak portfolio by active management of Branded dealer sales channel and developing Key dealer sales channel.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Sales budget responsible
- Improve relations and solve problems with Branded dealer
- Build effective work relationship and process with customers for secure increased business / sales whole sales channel
- Sales / business planning & report
- Gathers market intelligence and competitive market information
- Project management and knowledge for hearing solution devices.
- Manage the accounts in the territory
- Establish annual / Monthly sales plan with respective accounts
- Develop new accounts and develop new sales channels in existing markets
- Implement country specific strategy.
- Conduct market intelligence on individual countries.
- Attend to product enquiries from customers
- Organize Product Launch with customers
- New product Launching / Products FCST / Sales FCST
Qualifications
Basic Education |
BS degree (Major in Audiology preferred) |
Further Education |
Sales negotiation and communication skill / People management |
Work Experience |
Minimum 7 years in medical device industry |
Personal Competencies |
Good communications skills, |
Social Competencies |
Team player, capable of building up business relationships |
Leadership Competencies |
Minimum 3 years in Sales rep management. |
