Sales Rep
Position: Junior Sonova Sales Representative
Purpose of the Job
Offering basic sales and on-site technical support to customers in a defined area.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Performs basic sales activities within a specific territory and serves customers in line with the business plan.
- Establish Monthly sales plan with respective accounts
- Develop new accounts and develop new sales channels in existing markets
- New product Launching
- Products FCST / Sales FCST
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers within the assigned area and informs them of new products, services and prices.
• Follows up with assigned existing customers on routine sales and on-site technical support activities and refers to a superior for all non-routine requests.
• Builds own knowledge of product portfolio and keeps up-to-date with new releases or renewals.
Qualifications
• Basic Education: BA degree (Major in Audiology, Medical Engineering or Business administration preferred)
• Personal Competencies:

• Social Competencies: Wiliingness to devote to teamwork
• IT skills: Proficient in computer software systems incl. MS office and MS Excel
