Purpose of the Job |
The Market Insights Professional is responsible for generating data-driven insights that guide Korea’s marketing and commercial strategy. This role systematically analyzes market, customer, and performance data; defines key metrics; and translates findings into clear strategic recommendations. The position partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, RA/QA, SCM, and Global/Regional teams to ensure that business decisions are grounded in robust insights and aligned with portfolio and channel priorities.

Basic Education |
BS degree in business, marketing, or related field |

Further Education |

MBA or relevant certification (e.g. digital marketing, analytics) |

Work Experience |
• Minimum 7 years of total relevant experience, 4–7 years of experience in market insights, business analytics, strategy or business planning |
• Experience in medical devices, hearing care or broader healthcare / reimbursement environment |
