Senior Phonak Sales Rep

Purpose of the Job
Offering sales and on-site technical support to customers in a defined area for a specific Sonova brand while achieving at exceeded sales budget for the portfolio by active management and development dealer sales channel.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Performs sales activities within a specific territory and serves customers in line with the business plan.
    1. Sales budget & AR collection responsible
    2. Sales planning & report
    3. Products FCST / Sales FCST
    4. Establish Monthly sales plan with respective accounts
    5. Develop new accounts and develop new sales channels in existing markets
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers within the assigned area and informs them of new products, services and prices.
    1. Organize Product Launch with customers
  • Conducts negotiations according to guidelines.
  • Builds own knowledge of product portfolio and keeps up-to-date with new releases or renewals.
    1. Gathers market intelligence and competitive market information
  • Builds business relationships on a local level to ensure effective sales and customer service processes.

 

Qualifications

  • Basic Education: BA Degree
    • Nice to have: Major in Audiology, Medical Engineering or Business administration 
  • Work Experience: Have a background in sales or customer service, and in-deapth knowledge of industry and products.
