Senior Phonak Sales Rep
Purpose of the Job
Offering sales and on-site technical support to customers in a defined area for a specific Sonova brand while achieving at exceeded sales budget for the portfolio by active management and development dealer sales channel.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Performs sales activities within a specific territory and serves customers in line with the business plan.
- Sales budget & AR collection responsible
- Sales planning & report
- Products FCST / Sales FCST
- Establish Monthly sales plan with respective accounts
- Develop new accounts and develop new sales channels in existing markets
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers within the assigned area and informs them of new products, services and prices.
- Organize Product Launch with customers
- Conducts negotiations according to guidelines.
- Builds own knowledge of product portfolio and keeps up-to-date with new releases or renewals.
- Gathers market intelligence and competitive market information
- Builds business relationships on a local level to ensure effective sales and customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Basic Education: BA Degree
- Nice to have: Major in Audiology, Medical Engineering or Business administration
- Work Experience: Have a background in sales or customer service, and in-deapth knowledge of industry and products.
