1. HR Inquiry Management Manage incoming queries from employees through various channels (email, phone, ticketing system) and provide timely and accurate responses. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR specialist or higher-level HR personnel. 2. Lifecycle Support Preparation of onboarding materials and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Track onboarding progress and gather feedback to improve the process. Prepare transfer / promotion related documents and ensure smooth transfer / promotion process for our employees. Employee Data Management Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations. Generate regular HR reports as needed. 4. Benefits and Payroll Assistance Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Assist in the processing and checking of attendance, leave record, ensuring all data is accurate and deadlines are met. 5. Training and Development Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in HR practices. 6. General Administration Perform general administrative tasks such as document management, scheduling meetings and other out door work.
