Logistics and Operation Assistant

This is a Logistics and Operation Assistant position that involves planning courier, packaging devices, execution and reporting. The candidate helps to support daily logistics and warehouse operations supporting wholesales market and Asia hub.

 

Logistics role and responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, checking, and dispatching goods

• Plan and coordinate courier deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments

• Package and prepare devices and accessories according to order requirements

• Execute logistics tasks in alignment with order requirements and inventory processes

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and stock movements

• Support warehouse operations, including stock receiving, storage, and dispatch

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., couriers, vendors) to ensure smooth operations

• Enforce safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements

• Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Specifications:

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Familiar with inventory coordination and document handling
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
