Representative Services & Marketing Executive

(This position is based in Vietnam)

 You will be responsible for:

Teaming up with Business Development director in the field to achieve sales targets for the assigned accounts.

Maintains Sonova GTM Strategies and actively manage the multi-brand , multi-channel approach.

Maintains and support Vietnam marketing’s activities with dotted  line reporting to Representative Marketing Services Manager Asia

Support product updates/training, online product support/application and resolution of customer concerns/complaints with the support from the respective brands.

Support product training and seminars to distributors/customers, audiology groups and/or in-house.

Participates and presents at professional conferences on hearing aids, Audiology trade shows, conventions and other related topics.

Product registration for countries that requires homologation or registration.

Support in translation for local market when necessary

Performs other duties as assigned by Director.

You will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business /Audiology/Medicine

Minimum five years of working experiences in the audiology/ cochlear implants/ medical devices/optical / pharmaceutical.

Candidates with a good understanding of the hearing Instrument technology and fitting systems will be a plus.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including being comfortable presenting to small and large audiences.

Highly motivated and Independent.

Travelling will be required but this will only happen when it’s safe. Safety always come first.
