As a  Sales Excellence & PMO APAC  , you will be responsible with:

Contribute to the overall success of the business in the APAC region through Sales Excellence, Strategic Initiatives and continuous process improvement.

 

Job Description:

Sales Excellence Strategy Framework: 
-    Contribute to the global strategy framework and programs/concepts design around Sales Excellence 
-    (where needed) Refine/adapt the global programs/concepts for APAC region considering market situation, organizational priorities/goals as well as infrastructures (AU, NZ, JP, KR, IN, TW, SG)
Sales Excellence implementation / deployment: 
-    Define the scope for APAC (what, who, when), in consideration of the organizational maturity and priorities
-    Deploy the Sales Ex programs/concepts in APAC
-    Streamline, enhance, optimize processes to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction, ultimately drive share gain
-    Ensure successful adoption of new processes/ tools/ programs through hands-on supports including trainings, in close collaboration with the Growth Leader and Sales Academy
Project Management Office (PMO): 
-    Assess gap analysis, identify business requirements & opportunities within APAC and prioritize them (across Geos and/or within a Geo)
-    Oversee, execute or support strategic projects within APAC, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and partnering with Regional Sales VP and APAC MD(s) 
-    Coordinate and collaborate with various functions including Marketing, Finance to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals
-    KPI framework – define KPIs to measure the success / effectiveness of any changes implemented
Continuous improvement: 
-    Create mechanism for regular evaluation & feedback, and drive continuous improvement in APAC (pro- & retroactive)
-    Proactively propose process and system improvement, contributing to / aligning with the business objectives
Best practice sharing & replication: 
-    Identify best practices that can be transferrable, and replicate them in other Geo(s) 

 

Job Requirement :

· Teritary qualification in Business discipline 

· At least 10 years experience in training , Sales and/or Marketing experience in the medical device industry

· Fluency in English and at least one local language

· Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Office applications and ERP System

· Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

· Willlingness to travel extensively within regions
