Marketing Communication Manager, Sweden

Make a tangible difference with us at Sonova. Together with your collegues you will be the driving force behind our marketing in Sweden for our life-changing hearing solutions. In this generalist role you will belong to a Nordic marketing team in our B2B organisation and be in lead of processes and activities for the Swedish market, but you will also support your colleagues in the other Nordic countries when needed due to ongoing projects/campaigns/launches. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Transform customer insights into targeted marketing programs for Sweden, aligned with Nordic strategy and Sales strategy.
  • Co-own the Swedish marketing plan and budget; prioritize investments to maximize ROI and real-world impact.
  • Create and tailor local content across channels (web, landing pages, testimonials, social, newsletters) that stays true to brand guidelines.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to reach defined audiences; lead product launches in close collaboration with Sales.
  • Generate compelling content to raise consumer awareness and support business customers.
  • Co-plan and run communications around exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and training events; handle invites, venues, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Lead launches with Sales, including customer events and external exhibitions; own the associated marketing materials.
  • Localize HQ materials, ensuring timely proofreading/translation and availability for campaigns.
  • Keep marketing materials and giveaways stocked for launches, events, and visits.
  • Plan and host webinars with Sales or external speakers; manage invites, hosting, recording, and publishing.
  • Visit customers to understand needs and tailor marketing assets accordingly.
  • Lead testimonial programs with consumers and customers; coordinate video and photo material for use across channels.
  • Stay engaged in recurring marketing–sales forums; act on decisions and opportunities.
  • Bring market feedback into business development and drive continuous improvements; run A/B tests where feasible.
  • Be proactive about process improvements; support other functions when needed; keep trainings up to date.
  • Foster an inclusive, solution-oriented culture and stay aligned with Sonova’s values and leadership principles.

 

To be successful in this role you will need to bring some experiences and skills with you, but a fundamental part will also be your mindset and curiosity to do new things or new ways. 

 

  • Education and experience: University degree in marketing or equivalent; experience from working in broad marketing role with hands-on data analysis, ROI thinking, and stakeholder/project management. 
    • Experience from working at a marketing agency is beneficial; previous Nordic exposure is a bonus.
  • Skills and style: A team player with strong networking and communication skills; comfortable gathering input from multiple stakeholders; self-led, curious, and adaptable; pragmatic and solution-oriented; organized and target-driven.
  • Marketing know-how: Go-to-market strategy, product positioning, value proposition development, case studies/testimonials, webinar/event marketing, audience-centric communication (B2B and B2C), basic ROI analysis and social media management (B2B and B2C).
    • Customer journey thinking, AI-enhanced marketing/automation and design skills are a plus.
  • Tools and languages: Fluency in Swedish and a professional level of English.  If you also know some Finnish at professional level this is great. Your are proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office. 
    • Familiarity with SAP, Canva, Salesforce/Marketing Cloud is helpful.
  • Collaboration and travel: Comfortable working in a Nordic, matrix environment; able to collaborate with a HQ/Group function which sets directives and different stakeholders in your area of responsibility.
